Straight to the makers.
You talk to Jonny and Jake, the people who’d design your product, brand or site. What you tell us goes straight into the work.

What people usually ask before they get in touch.
What are the next steps, typically?
After we’ve talked, we send a short proposal with the right setup for you. Once you’re happy, we sort the paperwork and set up a kickoff with your team to get going.
Do we need a proper brief before we get in touch?
No. A couple of lines in the form is plenty, and a link to your site, product or deck helps. Working out exactly what you need is part of the conversation.
Is there anything we should prepare before we talk?
Nothing formal. A quick look at your product as it is today, what you need and why now, and how work gets built at your company is plenty.
Who should come to the call?
Whoever makes the decision, plus anyone close to the work. Knowing who signs things off helps us suggest the right way to work together.
How similar is our project to work you’ve done before?
Very likely close. Brand, website, then product design is a path we’ve taken with lots of startups, and we’ll share the examples closest to what you need.
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. We’ve signed NDAs with clients before, so send yours over and we’ll get it back to you before you share anything sensitive.
When do you work?
We’re based in the UK and already work with teams in Europe and across North America, so we have crossover time with the whole world. Calls land at a time that suits you, and the rest moves along in Slack.
Another founder recommended you. Do lots of clients come that way?
Plenty do, from founders and investors we’ve worked with. We love that, and we take good care of the people they send our way.
Ask us instead. We're happy to answer anything.
Not on the list? Ask us in the form, or email us directly.
